First time at this place and I asked if there was onions in the Food. Right away they asked why. I told them that I have a allergy to Onions. They told me there was onion in everything. I said ok I guess and had to walk out. The employees are beyond ruid when someone comes in with a food allergy. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!
I went in through the line to get my burrito and they managed to give me the wrong burrito? This has happened to me twice there now. The burritos are always terribly put together too.
A couple weeks ago I went to this location and attempted to order a chicken bowl and was told I couldn't order it because they didn't have any chicken so I left. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance and when I showed up at 5pm they were closed and there was a sign saying they would open back up at 5:30. I will probably just stick to ordering from the pancheros off of 53rd from now on as this location seems like a lost cause.
