Well I would just like to say I have never eaten at Panchero's before. My coworker and I decided to grab some lunch there today ( it was her idea). We entered the store and was ignored by a gentleman working the counter. Another guy who came from the back a few times to fill containers he also ignored us. There was a lady standing in the far back counter with a computer strapped around her neck also ignored us. There was a lady waiting for her door dash pick up who must have been priority to customer coming in to dine. Never did anyone even bother to acknowledge us. We waited atleast 10 minutes and chose to leave and eat at Subway in the same Plaza. I doubt I will EVER eat there!
Workers there have no urgency. I was the only customer in there and it took several minutes to be greeted. Girl with purple hair just stood there and stared at me instead of saying hi and asking what I want. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Never got a thank you or have a nice day. Very poor customer service. Won’t be back.
