Prime rib and brisket were very poor cuts, dry,and so tough you could hardly cut it with a knife, and you certainly could not chew it.
The rest of the food was good. The service was also good. Quite expensive at nearly $30 per person with senior discount.

We went on a Sunday morning. The buffet opens at 10:00 am. They did have a huge selection. Breakfast foods, Chinese food, prime rib, kielbasa, ham, fruit, salad, cheese and so many desserts. The Bacon and sausage links were delicious. I did try their prime rib. I didn't like it. There was no flavor. I felt bad for wasting it. Their cheesecake and soft serve ice cream were great.
