“I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. What I love more is the customer service that I have always received. However last week I went to the North Park location and had an issue with one of my entrees. I called and requested to speak to a manager and was connected with Xavier. After explaining to him my issue he then puts down the phone possibly thinking he muted it and makes a sarcastic remark to one of his co-workers. Now my coworker and I are in the office and I happen to have the audio call on speaker. He basically implied I was a liar and was being "smart". Nothing was pleasurable about the experience. He said he would replace the salad and went to take my name. I asked him to repeat it back it took him 6 times to get my name correctly. So not only does he lack management skills, but he sucks at customer service, de-escalation and is not a problem solver. It was such a poor experience that I called back later because no one even apologized. Forget another FREE salad. I understand things happen but lead with an apology. So I called back to speak to another manager and got "Kylie" explained to her what happened and she rectified the situation, I felt heard and hopefully this can be used for training purposes. It's never about the product/money ALWAYS about what's morally correct. Thanks Kylie you are an asset to the company. Train Xavier better.“

“delicious!! I had the Monte Cristo combo with a side of mac salad, and my mom got the Corner Club with a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. everything was so fresh & service was fantastic! it was busy (about 1:30 on a Saturday), but we didn't have to wait very long, and the staff were super helpful & friendly!“

“Wherever I find one of these I go! Italian beef and Chicago dogs are both great so I always over eat and get both. My wife loves the chopped salad.
Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of seating and larger tables for families.“

“One of the very few make rights left we were very impressed the food came out nice and hot very tasty the service was great and the prices were very good we ordered a strawberry shake and it was great the old style very good place recommend to anybody to stop by Maid-Rite in the Quad Cities.“

“I was just at Panera on Elmore and the staff was super! So friendly and kind. I could tell they were spending extra time helping an older woman and then even walked her out to her car. They carried her bag and linked arms with her and made sure she got in safe. You won my heart today!“

“Delicious! Ordered a garden pizza and a cheese pizza. Pizza was delivered in roughly 20 minutes, driver was very pleasant and courteous. I will be ordering from Marcos again!!??❤“

“Usually good but the drink machine was broken this time and we were offered drinks by the register that were warm. The selection was very small. None of the tables were clean. As we walked out, we found a dead mouse next to the sidewalk outside of the entrance.“

“While running errands, I stopped at Panera for some lunch and, as usual, was NOT disappointed. I got the soup and half sandwich option and am SO pleased with my choices. I picked the tuna, but modified the bread to the tomato basil and it was a deli ious compliment to the tuna. I chose the street corn chowder and it was DELICIOUS! Just a little kick and loaded with all kinds of yumminess. I wouldn't hesitate ordering both items again. (My other favorite sandwich is the Napa Chicken Salad)“

“This is not a fast food place. The fresh ingredients, and meats are top quality. The "spuds", are from Idaho, and are the size of a dinner plate. I don't care for iced tea, but their strawberry tea, was the best that I've ever tasted! The service was wonderful, as well. This was my 1st time here, and we will definitely be back!“

“Food is a 10 out of 10, service is a zero out of 10. Our service was Maddie and she needs to go back to waitress school. She is absolutely horrible, if I knew she was going to be my waitress the next time I went I would never go again. I could go into everything that she needs to improve on but not going to waste my time.“
