The food is not good and its presentation is not good either, the attention of the people who work there is horrible. I will explain to you that it was my first time and I did not know how the soda system worked, and that I did not get a receipt for my order; I asked for attention from the food room but no one came out. After a while when other people arrived, the workers came out to the food room and I asked them why they did not give me my soda or why they did not put the cherries in my shakes, but the person did not even look at me, just talked while walking towards the kitchen and I did not understand them very well until I guessed and found out how the soda is served. I think that if people are not happy with the corporation they work for, they should not take it out on the customers.

I recently visited Steak ‘n Shake and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant was below expectations, and the atmosphere was further diminished by the manager’s unprofessional behavior, as he was loudly reprimanding employees with customers standing up front and able to hear everything.
I placed my order at 5:34 PM but did not receive my food until 6:23 PM, which was an excessive wait time. While I did appreciate the manager upgrading our fries from small to medium and our onion rings from medium to large as a goodwill gesture notably, I had not raised any complaints about the delay, which made the gesture seem somewhat reactionary.
I believe this location could greatly benefit from a management change and a thorough deep cleaning to improve both the customer experience and employee morale.

Got food for the first time here. Went thru drive thru and guy in the windows complimented my car and had a quick chat while waiting on my food. Both the employees seemed cool as hell. Chill dudes. Burger was awesome. A lil basic but really really good. Fries were small but delicious. Oreo and M&M shake was worth the trip alone. Absolutely no complaints. Excellent service, food, etc. Idk what theyre paid, but give those dudes a raise. They prolly need/deserve one. Will return for sure. 5 stars!

Didn't realize they've changed a Walmart checkout establishment???? Self checkout is ok in some places but not a restaurant. Was not greeted nor acknowledged by employees... After 5min we left to dine at a competitor across the road.

Me and my lady spent 28 bucks on food to find hair in my sandwich when I took a bite we called them explaining what happened they said bring the receipt we'll put it the in the books we'll remake the whole order went last night a lady at the window asked for the receipt and called the cops saying they're only making the one 🍔 that had hair
Stopped at the drive-through while traveling through the area. The employee taking the order was pleasant, which was the best part of this experience. They forgot to include the dip I ordered, so we went inside for it. I would have brushed it off, but because of the absence of salt on the fries, the dip was needed. The burger was terrible, no seasoning on the patty, oozing with grease, and it wasn’t smashed like they normally are.

Just got a shake from here and waited 15 for it to be done. on top of that i noticed that in the whole shake there was at most 5 pieces of cookie dough and all liquid. i do not recommend getting a shake from here while they also messed up one of the other shakes.
