The last several times I had gone in wasn’t great. The people were very short with you. The ladies working were sniffling and sneezing around the food. The ice machine had mold in it. The short haired lady and other 2 were very rude. BUT TODAY, they had Andrea working and let me tell you she is the absolute best! Greeted me when I walked in. Let me know what she was doing while I waited. She whipped my sub up quickly and it was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t worried cause she changed gloves frequently and was so sanitary. She was so polite and had a big smile on her face and was so peppy. It brightened my day up.

This location closes at 10pm and I showed up at 8:45pm which even if they did close at 9 was still enough time to serve me until they closed. I walked in and was greeted by a lady working on her own and she looked at the clock and told me she was about to shut her computer off and she didn’t wanna make my order. I told her I only needed one sandwich. She made my sandwich and I get the same thing every time I come to subway. I told her I wanted a spicy Italian for her to tell me that they didn’t have that and that it was at jimmy John’s instead(not true I’ve gotten this at subway since I was a kid). Because I’ve gotten this same thing every time I know that my order costs $15 and some change. She charged me $21.39 for one sandwich. Then I asked for a receipt and she said the machine was broken… so she wouldn’t let me see my receipt which as I’m guessing is because she knows she overcharged me. She basically shoved me out of the store in a hurried manner. Will not be coming back to this location. Very disappointing.

clerk was running things solo and seemed brand new. she kept a positive attitude while handling a line. food is same as all the other subways but clerk was giving it her all in a difficult situation so 5 stars for them.
was during July 10th dinner rush. didn't catch clerks name but again kudos to them.

Way to expensive for what amounts to ham sandwiches. Found out that they limit what kind of sandwich you can get. Very disappointed and will not be back.

My coworker ordered a sandwich. The app was not intuitive enough for her to make sure there was no mayonnaise on her sandwich. The ladies at the desk did not remake her sandwich, and gave her enough attitude that she decide to just leave and order elsewhere. None of us will ever go back. Simple customer service is lacking.

Bad customer service. In other subways they ask you if you want your food toasted. Here you tell them to toast it and they don't want to do it for you. Don't go an hour before they closes because they will tell you that you can't eat it in the fast food because they are going to close. Day visited: 1 September 24 at 8:00pm.
