If I could give this place zero stars I would. 2 weeks ago I showed up 15 minutes before they closed to just get some cookies.. the doors were locked lights shut off and the man working was just sitting there yelling at me that they were closed. Today 3/24/24 between the hours of 7-8 pm I decided to give it another shot. The same man that was working that previous night was working. Total jerk! Ordered 2 normal BMTs and was charged for 2 Ultimate BMTs. While finishing my order the man proceeded to ask me if I ever went to his manager about him and proceeded to laugh in front of other customers. Very Very awful service and to top that the food was awful for me being overcharged. I will not be returning ever again.

Don’t come here if you intend on using a coupon, the owner restricts the sandwiches you can get with them. The excluded sandwiches listed on the coupon is not all inclusive. I feel bad for the workers who have to tell customers the coupon doesn’t apply, even though they couldn’t have known ahead of time.

Over charges. Incorrect menu prices to register prices... have you remind them my sandwich is 2x the cheese. Rude employees. Only worried about phones. Does not take Subway coupons.

Been awhile since we have been to Subway. My wife had a chicken teriyaki salad, and I had a spicy Italian sandwich. They were both very good. The staff was very friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. Despite having a coupon that I received directly from their corporation, the staff refused to honor it. This left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question their commitment to customer satisfaction.To make matters worse, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. On top of that, I experienced racism from some of the employees, which was completely unacceptable.Overall, I cannot recommend this Subway location based on my experience. I hope that they take steps to address these issues and improve their service and attitudes towards customers in the future.

Yes, 1 star. This place is a joke. I go here from time tontime out of conviemce only. 2 workers, 1 doing online orders for Gtubhub while there are 8 peole in line, the other one helping those of us actually in the store, in line. 22 minutes after the 3 people in front finally get their order, it was my turn. 2 simply orders, 1 footlong on white with rotisserie chicken and pepper jack toasted. The other, footlong on white, steak and pepperjack...steak and pepperjack toasted, don't toast the bread. Subway white bread is the absolute most pathetic bread after toasted. So, she put the steak and pepperjack on the bread.....I said, "No, just the steak and pepperjack heated". After she looked at me with total disgust, because this was my fault, she proceeds to take the steak off the bread, put it back in the little premade bucket, and toast it. After asking what she was doing, and another wonderful look from the "sandwich artist", I told her to not bother. Condiments were at the bottom, got a couple olives with my Lettuce, spinach with my tomatoes....subway owner on 53rd, good riddance. Jimmy John's, Hobo, Jersey Mike's, way to get it right. Your sandwiches are 100 times better, and even cost less. Never again Subway on 53rd. Bybthe way, when I politely asked the girl who was doing the online orders if it wouldn't be better to help those thatvare actually in the store first, she just said no. Ill help when the online orders are done first. Good lord....

We ordered a few sandwiches o the Uber eats app, they didn’t give me the option to even toast my flatbread and when I got my order the bread was dry and falling apart and there was little to no mayo on it. My bf didn’t even get the Italian herb bread just regular bread!! It’s a little upsetting that they don’t even have all of the drinks on the app or even most of the chips…I hate to be a Karen but dude. Subway needs to do better smh.

The employees working on Wednesday at 7:14 did an absolutely amazing job. We had a rather large order with five footlongs and they made everything perfectly with swiftness and patience. Really appreciated their hard work, and the sandwiches are yummy.
