I waited for 35 minutes to even be seen at the drive thru order station, there was three cars in front of me. When I got to the order station, they were very unprofessional. I had three different people taking my order all at once, all using stupid high-pitched annoying baby voices. This is an issue and I want better service. you need to get your employees in check.

Came through the drive through and I specifically asked for my chalupas to not b hard beings tho last time i came they were rock hard. Get all the way home and there rock hard cant even bite into them. My tacos were in pieces couldnt even pick the taco up. I drive all the way back to the store and the manager asked what i want him to do!!! Umm remake my food obviously i didnt just pay 30 dollars for food for me to not even b able to eat it. Im so confused this is a brand new store and everytime i come here its something that i have to come back and complain about. Currently standing here waiting for my food to b remade hopefully they can get it right this time needles to say i will drive all the way in town next time i will not b returning to this one ever again…

I dont normally do this....however this particular order has me completely not ever wanting to go back to Taco bell again. My tacos were burned on one side and the meat was so dry it was like chewing cardboard, like it was made with old meat or something. I also ordered a Mango refresher which wasnt tasty and looked even worse with the floaters on top of the drink. The pictures I took says it all. Im so disappointed I wasted my money and my lunch time on this
