Disappointing sandwiches and service. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with condiments for dine in. First lost my order at the counter and kept asking if other orders were mine. Plus, gave me a plain chicken sandwich without any condiments (left) as carry out. I went back to the counter about the sandwich, they basically âthrewâ the new sandwich at me and said it is mine. The plain chicken is tasteless and the spicy chicken is disappointing. I will stick with burger and frosty next time.

Didnât say a single word to me other than the total of my order and then shoved the bag in my face without even looking at me. No âgoodnightâ âhave a great nightâ etc just shove. I could understand if they were packed and busy but they werenât. Thereâs no excuse for having bad customer service in any establishment fast food or not.
Most of the time they canât even remember to put sauce or straws in the bag. Kinda funny they want $17+ for a job they arenât even good at

I went to the drive-thru I wanted two items I get to the window I give him my card they tell me that your PIN pad denied my card there's like no way I have $50 on this card I don't know what your people are doing when I got it back it was wet maybe that's why it was denied this is the second time this crap is happening you need to fix this

Just wanted to sit down and eat breakfast, but doors were locked half hour after sign says open, and employees just looked at me as I tried to open both doors.
Went there today and there restroom was a damn mess and have been that way for awhile like usual. I go in there occasionally and it looks like their bathrooms haven't been clean in a week. I don't care that the manager made excuses that she has to flop from store to store. You have a damn crew so use your crew. Shouldn't be hoping from store to store anyhow. I had to go to the gas station just to use the bathroom because I refused to use theirs. Please clean the bathroom! And if you don't have the crew, then hire another person for that. And don't act offended when I tell you about the bathrooms. McDonald's cleans them if you tell them there is a mess. I won't be going back to this location for a long time.

The food is good, chicken sandwich is a tad small but the parmesean ceaser salad is good, need to refill your soda flavors, most have been out for over a week. However, dining room a mess, tables dirty, men's bathroom is horrible from what my husband says and has also been like that over a week. You can have great service, good food but if your place is a mess....it still reflects badly on you
