Can’t really go wrong with a frosty but the night staff definitely lacked customer service. Double charged and missing items from order. The double charge wasn’t enough to go back and make a fuss. We all have rough days so I get it.

Came through the other day and ordered a Dave's double 5 for $5 meal. Fries were not even warm and were dry. Asked for BBQ sauce for my nuggets and didn't even get that. Do better people. After a long day at work I should be able to have some sort of happiness. This is treat to myself for making it through the day and you go and ruin it. It's literally the simplest things. Will not be visiting again.

Another repeated review request: (It keeps showing up and I cannot skip it) We visited the drive thru for this visit. Ordered one hamburger. The order was served accurately, warm and appealing.

Stopped there for dinner as it was getting late. Ordered a Dave's triple stack as I typically enjoy that burger. Got home and it was raw. I even emailed the company as it's a $10 sandwich. No one person even reached out to me to even try to make this right. I even sent my pictures in to prove it was raw. Not good business. Will not go back

I have always been a Wendy's fan until we got a lunch from you. My spouse picked up 2 of the biggy bags to go. What was in the bun I'm not sure. There was 2 very thin (1/8 inch maybe) black something. The frys were cold and we were just maybe 4 blocks away at the Cancer Specialist. We should have returned the whole mess but I was hooked up to an infusion. We've never eaten at that Wendy's again. I don't know how old those God awful excuses for meat had been sitting around, but it had to be days.

How do you run out of sauce for a special menu item? Lazy and terrible service won't ever visit again... literally why we never eat out...and they think they deserve to get paid $15 a hr or more and can't even mix sauce....Wendy's is terrible don't not order food from there or go there..don't recommend and won't ever

Ordered the Krusty crab meal. We didn't get fries, spoons , or stickers. The food was good for Wendy's. when I went inside, they fixed the order. Overall, not fast, convenient, or cheap, but the staff was nice.

My daughter and I went through the drive-thru at the Wendy's on East 53rd Street. They gave me the wrong order. I waited at the window for a few more minutes. A gentleman who appeared to be the manager told me, "THAT IS WHAT YOU ORDERED, AND I HEARD YOU SAY IT." I was completely over it after that. I took my daughter to a completely different restaurant to get the 10-piece nugget that she originally requested everybody in the Drive-Thru was polite and actually understand customer service I think the manager and the lady who took my order need a refresher on customer service.
