My sister and I waited for 15 minutes for someone to take our order. No one took our order. One of the employees was yelling at another. We wasn't the only ones that left. Several other cars left also. They clearly didn't care if they lost customers.

Disappointing sandwiches and service. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with condiments for dine in. First lost my order at the counter and kept asking if other orders were mine. Plus, gave me a plain chicken sandwich without any condiments (left) as carry out. I went back to the counter about the sandwich, they basically “threw” the new sandwich at me and said it is mine.
The plain chicken is tasteless and the spicy chicken is disappointing.
I will stick with burger and frosty next time.

Didn’t say a single word to me other than the total of my order and then shoved the bag in my face without even looking at me. No “goodnight” “have a great night” etc just shove. I could understand if they were packed and busy but they weren’t. There’s no excuse for having bad customer service in any establishment fast food or not.

Most of the time they can’t even remember to put sauce or straws in the bag. Kinda funny they want $17+ for a job they aren’t even good at

I went to the drive-thru I wanted two items I get to the window I give him my card they tell me that your PIN pad denied my card there's like no way I have $50 on this card I don't know what your people are doing when I got it back it was wet maybe that's why it was denied this is the second time this crap is happening you need to fix this
