An Iowa staple. Very rich ice cream. The shakes are super thick - good luck drinking it with a straw. So many flavors - classic and unique. Place is pretty big for an ice cream shop - lots of staff & equipment to handle a large influx of customers. Large selection of pints to go!
I was driving home thru Iowa, and this was a recommended ice cream stop. Very good and quite possibly the best chocolate chip I've ever had. Definitely will stop in again next time.

The staff are almost always high school kids but they are clean cut and friendly and provide great service.
The ice cream is hands down the best in a large area. You might have to go to Wisconsin to find any better.
It is a decent price and the place is always clean with a friendly atmosphere.
