Delicious, flavorful food with perfect portions — the garlic rice is amazing! I loved the Pancit Bihon (chicken and rice noodles). The atmosphere is great, and Chef Julia is so kind — she even comes out to check how your food is. Who does that? Most chefs don’t take the time, but she really cares. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend Yoshi's Coffee Bar and Filipino Canteen!

We had an amazing experience at this Filipino restaurant in Iowa during our work travel! The food was absolutely delicious—with a nice presentation. The mechado and menudo was perfectly seasoned, the sisig had just the right tang, and the banana con yelo was the perfect sweet ending. The chef is very hospitable and friendly, ms Julia. Highly recommend to anyone craving real Filipino comfort food!
