It was ok. Huge building with very little attention given to the ambiance. Food was ok. Beer was ok. So yeah, it was ok! The people were great, and the service was excellent.

Staying in Decorah for work and stumbled upon this place while out for a bike ride. The building had a very hole in the wall feel to it which I like. Tried the Pour Over Porter (coffee stout 6.8%) and the Oateota (oatmeal milk stout 7.4%) and was pleasantly surprised by both! My only issue was they had the front doors open for open air, and the flies were horrible. But over all a great experience and will be back.*Old review updated to add photo*

Stopped in shortly after they opened and was greated right away. Got the flight as I had never been to this brewery before and was not disappointed. The sour was amazing! There did seem to be an abundance of sweat bees but everyone there (patrons) advised this was definitely not a normal thing (maybe the heat and cold beer). My dogs and I left, but I realized shortly after i had forgotten my dog bowl. The staff was great holding it back and recognized me when i walked in. Will definitely be back! Great place to relax.

Stood hours in line. I've never had to stand in a line that long before. Usually lines are a great time and move steadily. This was miserable. You're selling 8oz cans for 12.50. Get 2 more registers set up to help check us out swiftly.

Very good brewery. We tried 6 of their beers, all were quite good and apparently their stouts are worth driving 2 hours for, which we did not even try. Service is friendly and overall efficient. Atmosphere is pretty good too, not that big of a place but there is a patio; like many breweries the patio is basically the parking lot view, but is covered and decent furniture which is nice.

Great spot..Great beers..Great service..Lots of seating inside and outside on their patio.The bartender was crushing it today, taking care of the people at the bar and the long walk up line.. kudos to him!We ordered some beers at the bar and some cans to go. The IPAs and the sour we had in draft were great, looking forward to drinking the cans.A must stop when in Decorah.

This little place is not all they say it is..it is more a hang out for college kids and and there is not much seating..the beers are a little high priced for the quality and some of the employees a little arrogant ..We talked to someone named Simon and acted like he did not have the time to give us..rude..
