My go-to order at soft serve shops is the blizzard equivalent with cookie dough and rainbow sprinkles and Whippy Dip set the bar really high!!! The cookie dough blended into the ice cream is incredible and was delightfully unexpected as I’m used to small cookie dough chunks. I had this a couple months ago while visiting Decorah and can’t stop thinking about it! Cookie dough tornado all the way!

Such a perfect way to end a Decorah day trip! I would highly recommend a Tornado with extra cookie dough. So delicious! The crew was so kind!
If you love soft-serve ice cream you will love this place sometimes the lines get long but otherwise I'm nice to the place to stop for a treat
