“Absolutely breathtaking experience today for lunch. Saw the dessert menu and my mouth watered. The cashiers were very welcoming and friendly. Im a jovial soul so i joked about a bad review, when on the contrary i Absolutely love eating here. Food was a masterpiece as ot resembles the picture in detail. The loveley smiles and laughter always makes my day smoothe. I highly recommend and encourage you to dine in. Jamaican“

“I've been here many times for lunch (around 1:00) and always have an excellent experience. The Whooper yesterday was hot, fresh, soft bun, and very melted cheese. It was wonderful. Are the fries hot and salty? Yes! Too salty? Not for me because I hate my arteries. The Coca Cola was cold and tasted just right. This is the best BK in the Des Moines area. Excellent job!“

“Shake machine never works, read my order back wrong, and started to give me the order for the car behind me.
Update: Tried again. Had to drive around to the front of the restaurant to wait for 2 rodeo cheese burgers and 2 orders of jalapeño cheddar bites. Got home and only had 1 sandwich. HOWEVER: I drove back and asked for the missing sandwich PLUS another warm sandwich. The manager said they would give us 2 sandwiches. They made it right, so I probably won't wait so long to go back. You can always ask them to make it right.“

“Huge improvement at this location! I haven’t been here in a while, but the customer service has reached a whole new level. The woman who handed us our food (I wish I caught her name!) was incredibly sweet and a total pro. Whether she’s the manager or not, she’s setting the gold standard: positive energy, a huge smile, and genuine care. She made sure we had our sauces, gave my son a crown, and made us feel welcome. On top of that, the Whopper was fire - perfectly assembled, fresh, and delicious. This is officially my go-to BK!“

“Working a show in Des Moines over the weekend and had to make a quick stop for breakfast this morning 7:30 am 07Nov2025.
I ordered inside, and the woman who waited on me, I think she was manager, her name is Ro, was very nice and patient. She took time to tell me about her store’s charitable donations and how they were able to provide scholarships for several young people last year. This made for a very nice morning for me, thank you. Oh and the breakfast croissant and iced coffee were so good.“

“I didn't catch her name, but whoever worked the drive-thru this morning April 23rd was amazing. I just know that she had tattoos and blonde hair.. she was full of positive energy and she made me feel like I could conquer the world. The interaction was very pleasant and she definitely deserves a huge raise.. if more people were like her, myself included, the world would be better off. The food was great too but it's the little things that makes a difference“
