Sounds like all the low rated reviews are based on their service. I’ve never had an issue with their service.I have ordered from Cheng’s Garden for years now and never had an issue.So why the 2-star review, now? Their delivery service does a disservice to the name. I ordered 2 and a half hours ago through doordash. They use their own delivery drivers. It just got delivered. It does not take 2 hours to cook and deliver a meal. Learn how to run a business or pick a different occupation. It amazes me this establishment has 2 locations. They can't even manage one delivery. Don't try to call and ask about your order lol. If they don't understand you they hang up on you and won't answer a second time. Had to have my woman call the second time. Late on delivery.
