Ordered pizza for pickup, was during snowstorm. Son waited inside for the pizza for 20mins. One person answering phones & ring up orders. Let the phone ring & help the people in front of you. Long line waiting to pay for their pizza & get home. With hour & half to 2 hour wait for delivery more are picking up. Disappointed in the customer service.
Colin as the delivery person? 100% Great service and everything was hot and fresh and he was as awesome to interact with.
