What Donut shop doesn’t have donuts? Service has been terrible and variety of donuts lacking. Today they had 2 flavors and that is it!
Caring for the Customer ! Drive through. Serving them as Well as if they were to go inside. Using neassary Health precaution. No sheet of paper was used to put it in the bag. Don't know if they were wearing gloves or not. Frosting had fallen off. No napkins. Not Good ! Not the first time !
This morning I pull up to the drive thru to tell them that I ordered a coffee on their perks app and that I was there to pick it up. Their employee at the drive thru told me that it was not ready and there was a bit of a wait. I only saw one car ahead of me that only got a hot coffee. Confused, I told them that I ordered it before I left my house (I live about 10 minutes away from that location) and that it should have been ready when I arrived.
