The best subs outside the East Coast !!! 2nd to none.
I absolutely LOVE Jersey Mike’s and frequent the Merle Hay Rd. location, so it’s disappointing that one person can make the experience so unpleasant.
Megan, the store manager, consistently comes across as rude and unwelcoming. She doesn’t greet customers even when they greet her first and her overall attitude often feels very dismissive. Customer service starts with a simple hello and a welcoming attitude, especially when you’re in a management position.
