ordered a sub online 3-18-2026 7:30 pm. went to drive thru to pick up, one car was ahead of me. I waited 25 minutes behind the first car! by this time, other cars were behind me. I am stuck! so I called the store and complained only to be told "we are busy". After 25 minutes, I get up to the window....I see 2 customers in the store, but yet "they were busy". No apology...nothing.
