This review is for the driver who helped my nephew find his way home. He was out walking the family dog checking out his new neighborhood. Just moved here from TX, he lost track of time/direction. I love jimmy johns and will probably keep ordering from jimmy johns. But the Merle Hay location is clearly having some problems. My last two orders have been missing items.
First I ordered a tuna sandwich that came with no tuna.
Second I ordered the new pita chips and hummus and didn't receive the hummus.
Seems like both of these situations could be fixed with a bit more concentration.
