I went here to meet up with a friend. I'm somewhat wary of hotel restaurants, but this one is very good. We each had a cocktail (I had 2! “Pretty in Pink” and their Manhattan), and shared the garlic and brie appetizer. It just needed maybe 2 more slices of the bread, but it was delicious! Disappointing. We came for brunch on Father's Day because this restaurant was well rated. The service was underwhelming. Our food took over a half hour and it wasn't that busy. It would have been fine but our waitress hovered around the food station so we sat with empty beverages until I could flag her down for refills. We started in the bar and then ate in the restaurant. Menu was varied and the food was very good (bison ribeye, prix fix steak, smashburger). Only complaint was the slow delivery between starter and main entree. We waited about 15' to get the starter and at least 25' for the main entrees after we finished the starter. While the waiter was great, the speed of service needs work.
