This potbelly location just lost our business. My mother, father, husband, and I all order this one quite a bit. They always forget something from my mom's Mediterranean salad. One time she ordered uber eats, they forgot her chicken! This last time they left off 3 items, so my mom called, and got the girl who made the salad, she said she was having an off day and said she would replace it. It was a thinner brunette girl. Based on the reviews, Potbelly offers great sandwiches and the food is generally good. The restaurant is a fast food place, so it is not the most comfortable or fancy. However, the location closes very early, especially after 7 PM, which stops many people from going on a Friday night. The restaurant has been a mess at times, with half finished projects on tables and uncovered tea. Some sandwiches have been just ok, not delicious, or came with no cheese when ordered online. One sandwich had only 1 slice of turkey, tasting like just bread. Employees have been described as blah. While the food can be good, the experience is inconsistent.
