Their cajun tuna sandwich is excellent - just the right amount of kick to it. Lunch prices are also reasonable.
An old style breakfast / lunch place. My usual stop for one of those meals when I am visiting the Des Moines office.
Solid 4 star restaurant! I enjoyed a salmon tartine over the lunch hour. There was live 🎶 music that I enjoyed, nobody will sign the artist to a recording contracts, but I’m for from an expert. I would definitely eat here again.

Although the food and drinks can be average for the price—an iced chai, for example, was described as mostly milk—many find the croissants, bread options, and mushroom soup to be top-notch. Despite some initial difficulty in locating the restaurant, it is well worth a return visit for its excellent bread options and friendly service.
