Understaffed for a fully booked hotel on a Friday night
As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I wanted to try Mash & Marrow while we were near the hotel, and it ended up being a great choice for lunch. The service was excellent, our server was attentive, friendly, and quick with drink refills, which always makes a difference. I ordered the Caprese sandwich with chicken, and it was fantastic. Service and staff were great. The Ceasar salad was a solid 3. (Fully edible but not memorable.) Atmosphere is "hotel lobby" which makes sense since that's essentially where the seating is.
