Parlor is the best pizza restaurant in Des Moines and maybe the best restaurant overall. The Detroit-Style pizza is amazing. Their cheeseburger and truffle fries are also 10/10. The best pizza on the menu is Sweet Jane: white sauce, mozzarella, gruyere, ricotta, spiced honey, and almonds. Great selection of beer on tap. Great atmosphere. Our server was incredibly attentive, making eye contact with me right away every time I wanted anything. We will be back many times.
We ate here 2 Sundays in a row 10/13 & 10/20. Both times the servers were amazing, attentive to our needs, prompt to fill drinks & make sure our experiences were good.
There's nothing that can be done by the servers when the kitchen cuts corners and tries to hurry food to the pass with out care & consistency. If you wouldn't serve that to your family or significant other why send it?

Everything was great! Four of us went for brunch and we got a ridiculous amount of food just so we could try a bunch of stuff. We loved it! Our server was wonderful, hospitable, and funny! Thanks!
