First time in a while. Brandon, the manager i believe, who was working the front, gave probably one of the best customer experiences I have had. Amazing customer service, bilingual to accommodate customers, good control over staff, funny and checked on us after our order was ready. For him and his team, on Nov 14, phenomenal job and I hope higher ups see this for recognition. Keep it up, will be back soon because of them.
The food has been going downhill a little bit in the last few years, but the service has stayed pretty consistently bad. Sides aren't full anymore, and the biscuits are overcooked and dry. If you are craving Popeyes drive it to Altoona, it's worth it.
We use the drive up to order, service was good, and fairly fast.
