The food here is great but if you order online and try to change the cheese, they remove it altogether. I’ve tried multiple times and even put it in the comments and still, my sandwich comes with no cheese at all. Just a heads up. Love the food here though.

I love the sandwiches from Potbelly, and get them somewhat regularly.

It is sort of a fast food place, so not the most comfortable or fancy, but the food is good and that's what really matters most.

Usually when I get Potbelly, even from this location, it's always really good. This time, I ordered through the mobile app and my sandwich is basically bare and tastes like I'm just eating bread. It has only 1 slice of turkey. I'm glad I used a gift card to pay for this because I would have been even more disappointed had I spent my own money on this sad lunch.
