DO NOT ORDER from Wingstop! I experienced a system glitch through their app that declined my Apple Pay twice. I then paid using my husband’s debit card, only to figure out both cards were charged. I reported the issue immediately and was told a refund would process within 5-7 days, then got told later it would take 10 business days. That time has passed, and no refund has been issued. Had to wait 40 min for food and there were people who waited longer. The employees were not helpful and the manager just walked around laughing and acting like nothing was wrong. Please do not go here it’s terrible service.
Food only. Customer service is horrible. Them young kids who are working. There are rude and disrespectful.
