Hands down the best Happy Joe's we have ever ate at. We used to live in Dubuque and have tried multiple locations in Iowa and Illinois, but keep going back to this one as the best. The crust is fresh, the toppings are loaded on all the way to the edge of the pizza and the pizza is perfectly done. Toppings are all hot with the cheese melted and the bottom crust has just the right amount of crisp! Keep doing what you are doing and maybe some of the other locations could...
Got a take and bake taco from them to take to Michigan! They put all the toppings in separate bags!!! We got it there safe and sound! Baking it was Sooo easy! Even fun popping the crust down!!! It was probably the Best one We’ve ever had! Thanks Happy Joes!!!
Love that they still have the window to watch pizzas being made! It's been over 45 years but I still remember excitedly standing at that window. Awesome Sundae bar as well.
