Jimmy John's in Dubuque

“Jimmy John's is a nice sandwich shop and the food is always prepared fresh to order and quickly. I like that this location has a drive-thru. I like that there is a vegetarian option, but I wish there were more options for vegetarians.

Vegetarian options: There is at least one vegetarian option and you always have the ability to add different veggies. I wish there was another protein choice other than a slice of cheese.

Parking: There are plenty of parking spots around the restaurant

Kid-friendliness: This is a kid-friendly restaurant.“

“I received the best service tonight. We ordered through the app and some of our modifications didn't go through. There's a very picky person in my life that could not eat her sandwich and they made a new one and sent it up. Thank you Jimmy John's for being amazing.“

“Food is usually excellent. Last two or three times I went I asked for all the freebies and didn't get it. I was tempted to go back in after drive through and open my sandwich and make them put more on but I didn't because I don't like confrontation and don't want to be recognized as a problem. So like, to clear up a possible misunderstanding, the phrase, all the freebies, is your thing. It means you want spicy peppers, banana peppers, sauces, onions, Maybe mustard? I didn't get any of that on my sandwich this time. It was Plain Jane with banana peppers. But maybe explaining this will help you guys for the next time someone asks for all the freebies.“
