Just got my dinner box and they gave me icing, but no cinnamon sticks. How the hell does that make any sense. It’s not that complicated to put them in the box 🤦🏻♀️ also they go through doordash now. I do not recommend ordering from them.
I placed an online order for a large pepperoni and green olive pizza, pan crust and garlic bread. The pizza delivered was plain cheese and the bread sticks were cheese sticks. I paid $25 for this and the store wouldn't do anything about it. She said a lot of people have trouble navigating the webpage and the order goes to corporate. Extremely dissatisfied with this customer service. The store is located on university Ave, dubuque ia.
Delivery guy went to wrong address and no one called me to make it right. They said they don’t deliver to my address although they delivered 2 weeks earlier with no problems. Waited 2 hours and called the hotline. Manager is terrible with customer service and shouldn’t be allowed to run a store if that’s how she does business. Terrible experience!
