This place is a dysfunctional mess. Just the other day i sat at the drive through speaker for like 5 minutes without an answer. When I drove away, it appeared as if the worker was in the dining area conversing with family/friends. Something like this happens EVERY time I go here and that is not even an exaggeration. IT'S EVERY TIME
Ordered online for Dubuque location. The order went through fine with no issues. When I arrived, the store was completely closed. I messaged customer service to cancel the order and get a refund, but their chatbot would only tell me an order couldn’t be cancelled after it had been placed. Tried to call customer service, and it only would direct me to their website. Will be filing a dispute with my bank first thing tomorrow.
