Very nice place and really good food, the staff for the most part is very kind. That Ana person I would say is my favorite worker there ! The blizzards are amazing and if you were going there for the first time I'd recommend you get a chicken basket with fries, along with a blizzard! Food is always great. No complaints there. But they definitely have THE NICEST, MOST POLITE AND HELPFUL PEOPLE THERE that I have come across in a very long time. We got 2 Moolattes. The 3 DQs in Dubuque should take lessons and learn the proper way and proportions to use to correctly make one of these. They were down right, absolutely PERFECT!! Amazing food that was prepared very quickly, I especially enjoyed their fries. While the service was fast, the person at the register seemed to get annoyed at me when I didn't know what I wanted right away, and I felt very pressured. The atmosphere overall was laid back, the only downside was the employees again.
