“Had my family of 7 in last night to eat. My wife and I chose the "special" fish and chips for close to 12.00 and we each had the salad bar. After getting served our food we were extremely disappointed when what we thought would be fish and chips instead was air fried fish nuggets and a half a handful of fries. The fish was over done and pathetic. I've had better nuggets at McDonalds. As a business I would have never put a product like that out to any customer. it was so bad that I didn't even have to say a word to our waitress when cashing out our bill over over 100.00$ when she asked how the fish and chips were. She tell by my look she understood. I've never had bad service or bad food but tonight was a disappointment on the food side. I would be embarrassed as a owner.“

“Legit my favorite restaurant back in the QC, but they might want to think about finding someone else to answer the phones. Just tried ordering lasagna for our family Christmas this weekend and the woman rudely tells me to “HANG ON A MINUTE!” So I hold, she picks back up and there’s another line ringing in the background and I hear her say, “I can’t do this right now!” And hangs up on me. Guess we’ll figure something else out 🤦🏻‍♂️“

“I was anxious to have lunch today, as Biaggis is a favorite. I have not dined since their redo. It was AMAZING. Our bartender waitress was the best. Food was over the top and the bar area redo is just perfect!!“

“I ordered Spaghetti w/ Mari meat sauce and chicken fritta. It came with a salad. The food was delicious; however, the portion was ridiciously small--I mean less than a cup of spaghetti. The server didn't offer to refill our salad and the bread sticks were on the luke warm side. I left hungry!!! I usually order the soup and salad, but due to medication couldn't have dairy products and went with the spaghetti. The chicken was the best I've had. The problem was the portion size.“

“My daughter and I went to HJ and we're pleasantly surprised. We had stopped going bc of quality, portion size and cost. Today was a completely different experience. Service was great, food tasted better, serving size was good, and it didn't break the bank. Atmosphere is more cheerful aesthetically too. The positive changes are noted. Great job.“
