I am in town visiting friends and got to experience the great food, friendly staff, and comfortable atmosphere. The service is outstanding. I hope to be able to visit again someday.
Wonderful little shop with amazing breakfast options. Whether you're craving a hot coffee and a scramble, or a healthy shake after your morning exercise; you just can't go wrong stopping at Locals!

The coffee, food, and service were impeccable. Talked with the owner for just a bit and she definitely made you feel like you were welcomed. This is now Rosie's coffee house, it has moved from Locals across the street. It's in an old bank and very nice.
