Horrible service and prices are not competitive. 2 young girls working by themselves all day and just sit on there phones and listen to music the whole time. This is the 3rd time in the last year and won't be back again. Within the next year I bet they are closed.

We are new to Epworth, so we tried them out. I really enjoyed the pizza, it was fantastic, the kids liked their chicken fingers. Was a little pricey but not to bad. Overall I enjoyed it, wish they had more arcade games or something to do with the kids.

The Pizza Factory in Epworth, Iowa is a cozy spot with a small-town feel. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere create a comfortable dining experience. The pizzas are reliably delicious, with a crispy crust and quality toppings. The menu is large, but it delivered in multiple aspects. I was especially impressed with the homemade breadsticks. So good!!!
It's a place where you can enjoy a good meal while experiencing the warm hospitality of a tight-knit community. The owners were on site and putting so much work into making it a great experience. Can’t wait to go back.

Great little restaurant with a ton of options! Even the pickiest eater should leave with a happy tummy! Staff is always friendly and helpful, and will even do anything extra to make your order exactly to your preference.
Parking: There's only a handful of parking spots available directly in the street in front of the building, but there is a small lot across the street that should hold at least a dozen vehicles.
Kid-friendliness: They have TV's and some coin-operated kids' toys, high chairs, and even a second level for parties wanting a bit of seclusion or quiet.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's not a wheelchair ramp directly to their door, but just a few yards away is a spot where you can get on the sidewalk. Sadly, the bathrooms and entryway aren't really ADA friendly, so you may want to come with help or call the staff ahead of arriving. They're always excellent, and should have no problem assisting.
