“Breakfast is good and reasonable. However my recent lunch visit was disappointing in both food quality and service response to the issue. I ordered a Ruben sandwich which came with two small, thin slices of corned beef which didn’t even cover the bread, same for the cheese. Barely any sauerkraut or dressing. I took it to the counter and said for $11.99 I expected more than what was on this sandwich. The server replied “Okay”. I was expecting the sandwich to be remade and returned to me. Or her returning with a refund offer. Not only was it not returned to me, I never saw her again. So I ended up paying for a sandwich which, as skimpy as it was, that I never got to eat. I was also told the soup was ham and bean so I ordered it. Only to find out it was actually vegetable beef, which I would not have ordered.“
