“I’m a frequent customer and have stayed away ever since Jackie I think her name was in management. My drinks have always been tasty but the customer service is usually horrible. The baristas always look like they hate their job and it makes for an awkward encounter. I stopped in today and met their new manager I believe her name was Harmony and she made my experience there very welcoming and for that I want to come back. The other baristas were all joking around and the environment felt lighter than it had been in a while. I ordered the pumpkin cold brew, I highly recommend.“
