“Have been a loyal customer since day one have had all food on menu and drinks always excited when something new comes out donut holes r the best. Keep doing what ur doing you guys at the Waterloo location r way better than the other two coffee shops. And the manager and the staff could not b any better

“Price is higher here than when I go into a SB in Target or Hyvee. Drinks tend to be made better at Target or Hyvee but this one has drive through so... you pay for convenience!“

“Great food and beverages. Be prepared to wait awhile if you are not there to order when they are not busy as they don't have much staff working and crafted drinks take time to make properly. It was worth the wait (as long as you have 15 to 20 minutes to spare) You have to stay on top of who ordered before you to make sure you don't grab an order that is not yours but ordered the same thing. They could benefit from getting names for orders or giving out numbers. Everyone was confused about which orders belonged to who.“

“So went to McDonald’s in Evansdale just a little bit ago and the girl which was a manager had a complete attitude after I paid and went up to the presenting window I realized this poor girl was taking orders for both drive thrus and taking money and bagging the orders. I asked her if she was doing everything alone and she said yes and immediately apologized for sounding rude, I told her I could understand why this poor girl you can tell was having a horrible night she had tears in her eyes like she was about to break down I told her I hope her night gets better. So to this manager I don’t know how new of a manager you are but I can tell you what you were doing tonight was amazing work it’s not fun having to do it all. I hope whoever is your GM knows how great of a worker you are.“
