Fantastic ramen. Every bowl I've had has been awesome. The tofu bao is a great appetizer. The bahn mi is great too but it's hard to get that over the ramen. The kids build a bowl is a great option for picky eaters.
The food was very very good. The dishes' flavor palates were adventurous and delightful. The atmosphere is neighborhood bar-like so if you are cool with that, enjoy. If not, you may want to try Broth Lab's patio or during the quieter hours. The service was perfect.Worth the drive to Fairfield!We'll be back ???

I took out-of-town guests here last night, and it was so good!! The service was great and really friendly, and the food was wonderful! Delicious and hot and fresh, wonderful flavors. We sat on the patio by the heater and that was great, and quiet. As we left, I noticed that the music in the main part of the restaurant was at a nice, moderate level that would allow conversation, which is great and hopefully their now-standard volume. Highly recommend!
