I took out-of-town guests here last night, and it was so good!! The service was great and really friendly, and the food was wonderful! Delicious and hot and fresh, wonderful flavors. We sat on the patio by the heater and that was great, and quiet. As we left, I noticed that the music in the main part of the restaurant was at a nice, moderate level that would allow conversation, which is great and hopefully their now-standard volume. Highly recommend!

Fantastic ramen. Every bowl I've had has been awesome. The tofu bao is a great appetizer. The bahn mi is great too but it's hard to get that over the ramen. The kids build a bowl is a great option for picky eaters.

The food was very very good. The dishes' flavor palates were adventurous and delightful. The atmosphere is neighborhood bar-like so if you are cool with that, enjoy. If not, you may want to try Broth Lab's patio or during the quieter hours. The service was perfect.Worth the drive to Fairfield!We'll be back ???

This is a true five-star restaurant in Eastern Iowa. Well worth the drive from wherever you are. Chef Camp is incredibly inventive, and don't be put off if the word broth doesn't sound appealing to you. There are many wonderful things on the menu every day, like broth lab burritos and the salmon bowl. There are usually specials on Friday and Saturday evening that I never pass up. Recently there was Camp's take on shrimp and grits and a memorable bouillabaisse. The fried pickle cauliflower appetizer makes my mouth water as I think about it. I am lucky to live only a few blocks away!
