I love Everybody's Café - especially the grilled cheese panini and veggie burger! - but the quality of food and drink isn't always consistent and they frequently lose our order. Coffee especially is hit-or-miss. My lattes are either super crazy delicious and I would kill for another, or they taste like burned drip coffee with milk poured in. Still, they've got good vegetarian options and that's important to me.
Love this little place. Cafe and grocery store combo, dedicated area for each with seating and self serve drip coffee. Excellent variety and vegan options.

Delicious, healthy food served by friendly, helpful people in a comfortable room. Excellent!
Vegetarian options: I usually get the veggie stir fry with baked tofu added. It's great. I order it without dressing and add tahini. Their french fries are outstanding.
