I ordered a chicken shawarma over rice at the counter and they brought the food. While waited we sampled their tea (or coffee). It was all exceptionally delicious! The menu is a little limited but what they do have is all amazingly tasty. The service is particularly engaging. I felt like they brought me into their family. I highly recommend this little restaurant whose front door is on an alley.

Best Shawarma ever? Quite possibly! I've been all over the world and never had it quite this good! The meat, veggies, seasonings, and sauces make the perfect harmony of flavors...and then the fresh made pita bread is like the icing on the cake! It's simply amazing! The falafel is amazing as well, it's not too dry like I've had so many other places. The texture and flavor is fantastic.
The owners are awesome and they really put a lot of love into every bite!

I visited the Hungry Camel for the first time this week, and it was amazing! Very friendly staff, the complimentary tea was delicious, and the food was out of this world good! I will definitely be returning every chance I get.
Small place with a few items on the menu but the service and food were excellent. Very decent portions that are very filling. The beef shawarma on rice was delicious with all the toppings and sides. Falafel salad was good too. They alternate days for beef and chicken shawarma so we didn’t get to try the chicken. Guess we will have to come back another time. The staff were very friendly and checked to see if we were happy with our orders and needed anything else.

I have eaten here a handful of times now - customer service is always on point. Everyone is very upbeat and helpful. The wait was about 10 minutes and they give you tea while you wait. The chicken and beef shawarma are always great. The garlic sauce is VERY strong - heads up. Delicious plates - highly recommend if you’re in town. There are even really good milk chocolates at the register.Small inside - about 4 tables for seating and a few chairs for the counter. Cozy space.
