Fabulous restaurant!! Absolutely delicious food! The best idlis I have ever had, including India. The dosas are superb. Delicious chutneys, sambhar ~ all the Indian food. Spicing is delicate and refined. They offer 4 levels of spice to suit everyone's tastes ~ from mild to super hot. Rahul, the owner, does not compromise on ingredients or what goes into the food. I love being able to come to a restaurant that is 100% plant based and vegan, it makes choosing from all the delectable options so much easier! They have the best pizza sauce I have tasted in Fairfield and I'm a big fan of the atmosphere ❤️
