Ila is decorated old fashion. They seem to have more tables and take than they do kitchen so it took an hour to get our food. If they are busy just walk away. The food is good and the staff is friendly. I would come back if not busy.

Mostly great food the sauce was a bit oily but still a great meal.

Its pricey but quality food is worth it. It's a nice place especially considering it use to be a poolhall. Chalkboard walls for kids to play with while waiting on chow. She caters to all, so It's a nice place for Hick's & Ru's to break bread together. Makes a great supper, But the Brunch specifically the banana bread french toast is a real winner!

I’d like to start with saying that me and my husband have been ILA’s customers since their opening and we love their food and service. But tonight’s experience with them was somewhat confusing and unpleasant. We placed an order for delivery and paid the full amount upfront, including tips. Our order arrived about 1.5 hours after we placed it, when we were seriously considering driving to pick it up ourselves. The food required heating up, but tasted as good as it always does. The real surprise came upon checking the receipt. We ordered $43 worth of food. We were aware of the taxes and $5 delivery charge. We left $10 tip at the time of ordering, but no one let us know we were being charged 15% service fee. So, after brief calculations we realized that we were charged over 50% of our order cost in numerous fees, taxes, tips etc. For the food that arrived an hour late and nobody offered an apology. We love to support local business, especially during these challenging times, but we don’t appreciate being taken advantage of by not disclosing the added 15% gratuity fee. It just doesn’t feel right and makes the experience somewhat unpleasant.
