So as an outsider, great spot, obscure, hidden in plain sight. Hats off to the owner, he wears many hats but he provides an oasis, here in Iowa for the times you need a place to unwind with the finest service and drink you may have ever wanted.hats off and save me a seat.
Awesome place in Fairfield if you feel like “escaping to the city”. The owner is fantastic- passionate about what he does, remembers the regulars, and created a specific niche in a rural town. What was really great was also the barback(?) Thomas. So friendly, very efficient. We sat outside and he came to take the glasses, asked how everything was and made sure our experience was excellent. It was. Great staff!
Not a lot of options in Fairfield, but this is a great spot. Armound (sorry I am butchering the spelling) is a boss at mixing some amazing drinks. I watched him make drink after drink, and every single person commented on how fabulous it was. Great service, great atmosphere, and good vibe. If I were in town I wouldn’t hesitate to stop in again.
