The food... It is what it is and it's McDonald's. Set your expectations accordingly. The service... as slow and disorganized as always. Self service order entry has obviously streamlined the process, though it seems to me that order entry isn't the problem, it's the order fulfillment that sucks.
They could’ve been a little bit more friendlier the wait time was ridiculous. Rated 10 minutes for my food. Should’ve only been like two minutes.

There are times when I wait in the drive thru line at least 20 minutes. The people collecting the money are very polite and then when you get to the window where the food is given, a lot of the time the younger workers just hand you the food with no smile or thank you. The food is decent, but I have had a lot of mistakes lately. When I order no mustard and extra onion, I get mustard with no onion. The McDonalds app is extremely helpful and can save you a lot of money on using...
