There are times when I wait in the drive thru line at least 20 minutes. The people collecting the money are very polite and then when you get to the window where the food is given, a lot of the time the younger workers just hand you the food with no smile or thank you. I am having dinner with my 7 year child and cussing was happening in back in the kitchen. And had another customer left after he said something to them. Pretty sad I have lived here good 15 to 20 years and mc Donalds is just keeps getting worse. Have respect for family and children not kid friendly... there was no ice as well.
