“Hometown bar at its very best! Fantastic service, Lotsa Motsa Pizzas you can order, and FREE POPCORN!Seriously, they had CLEANEST SMALL TOWN BAR BATHROOM I'VE EVER BEEN IN (& the had hairspray to use in there too , much needed after a long day of 90°F & 100% humidity).They have a pool table & modern jukebox.?They are also awesomely Midwestern, as they know our LOVE of Ranch Dressing and put the jumbo sized bottle on the table for use with your pizza!Absolutely LOVED our time time, and some of the friendliness people you'll meet!NOTE: They can't carry everything. They are a small town bar. Be nice & don't expect all the super fancy craft beers. They did have Shiner Bock & a decent selection of the fruity-like drink alternatives. Just a super great hometown bar!!“

“I stopped into KC's Tavern again recently, and was impressed that the little bar is going good...more food items have been added to the bar menu...live music happens fairly frequently (so be sure to check the calendar of performances), And the friendliness factor is still right there on the welcome mat !!! So the next time you are driving along Iowa Highway 92 in southwest Iowa, and come to the exit for Bridgewater, if you need some refreshing then be sure to take the turnoff into town and visit KC's. “Haven't tried the food yet but plan to and will update my Stars then. As for the service of my bartender/waitress/server for the evening, she was amazing. Her name is Jean and this was my first time out since relocating here. I was welcomed by her and felt like we had always known each other. Didn't feel unwanted or like an outsider in a small town bar for once Thank you Jean. As for the atmosphere, it was gorgeous. The owners of this place did a wonderful job at bringing in the Irish gems. A place to definitely stop at if you're on the road, biking, need to get away or just need a cold one after a long day. This is the place to go.“
