The owner is Shanda K. Marks Hansen (previously known as Shanda K. Myers Marks) and the business "Brass Monkey" is actually a DBA name, the real business name is Broken Road Enterprises, LLC (DBA Brass Monkey). "Brass Monkey" DBA is registered to Shanda, and the actual company is filed by her 20th husband Timothy L. Hansen.
Shanda's establishment is a constant nuisance, disrupting tenants at my apartment complex for months, late into the night, and early morning. Disrupting people's sleep, effecting their work and school performances. This occurs almost every night. She and her establishment have several crimes occur monthly on their property, and I see police there several times a week.
Shanda is rude and disrespectful. She called me "dumbass" and was just very danky as a person, and tries to avoid responsibility of her customers by saying she can't control what her customers do on her property, because "it's a public establishment." I have a lawsuit tort claim against her and her husband for private nuisance. In just the past 48 hours of writing this, I personally called the police twice for her customers waking tenants up late at night and early morning originating from her Brass Monkey Property, and one of those incidents occurred at 2:30am today (11/24/24) where a customer tacked another customer on the ground, and then sexually assaulted her, and I observed Shanda ushering everyone involved off her property as quickly as she could just before the police arrived, then I observed Shanda twisting the story to the police, as I waited behind her to speak to the officer, and then turned to me and rudely asked me what I was doing there.
This is a bad business owner, she is rude, disruptive, disorderly, she can't keep a husband and be a proper wife/mother being married several times with children from various men, and she is the root cause of liability in her customers' behaviors and the nuisances and crimes that occur at her Brass Monkey on a constant basis.

The bartender didn’t give full change back, then when asked for the correct change had a finger in my face aswell as told to leave in a rude manner which I was fine with, and when I went to leave the owners wife came out and tried to have me arrested for not paying my tab when the bartender took my money as well as not give me my change back. Now trespassed from the bar which is fine by me because they’re not professional one bit!
