The atmosphere, the great selection and quality of their microbrews, they keep everything they sell local, the great music, the awesome owners and staff! One very quality establishment that Fort Dodge is truly lucky to have!!!
River Hops is a relatively new brewery in Fort Dodge, but despite their recent appearance, they are brewing some very good beer. Service is good, and the staff was approachable, but did focus their attention on the locals that they knew. At this writing there are two breweries in Fort Dodge, and this is the one to go to if you like interesting and flavorful beers.

Stopped in River Hops to fill my growler while visiting FD from my home in Michigan. Picked up a four-pack of Rolling River IPA which is great (must be the MI hops)!! It's nice to find a serious microbrewery when traveling. I look forward to returning ; )
